What forms of payment do you accept ?
We accept cheques drawn on a UK bank in Pounds Sterling through the post. and most credit cards and debit cards online through a secure server If you are unwilling to send your information over the Internet or your connection is unsecure then you can fax us your order details or alternatively post or phone them to us. Please note that you must place the order first on the site and then select the cheque payment method. Please print out the resulting page and include this with your order. If you are sending a cheque please write your e-mail address and order number on the reverse of the cheque. Cheques should be made payable to M.F.Copier Rentals
Is it safe to pass my information on the Internet ?
M.F.Copier Rentals has taken every precaution to ensure the protection of your information being sent to us. Our secure server uses SSL technology to encrypt the information that you send to us ensuring that no one other than us can read it. When the time comes in the order process to pass your details to us there is a simple check that you can make to ensure that your browser is connected securely to our server. In Microsoft Internet Explorer a padlock symbol appears in the bar at the bottom right hand side of the screen and in Netscape Navigator the padlock appears on the left hand side.
If in doubt remember - 'look for the lock'.
If the padlock does not appear in your browser when you are transferred to our secure server then you should use another payment method. We would like our customers to know that we have not had any reports of fraud resulting from transactions taking place on our web site.
As soon as we receive your order it is entered onto our system, and depending on our stock position is despatched as soon as your cheque clears (weekends excluded).If you have paid by credit or debit card your goods will be sent in most cases within 7 days
If you are paying by cheque please note that it will slow down the processing and despatch of your order. The order does not go 'live' until we receive the cheque and we do not send out the order until the cheque has cleared. When paying by cheque you can expect the delivery of the order to take up to 10 days.
How much do you charge for delivery?
When you fill out the order form you will be asked which method of shipping you require. The system then calculates the cost of carriage based on the selections that are made.

Please note that if no transit insurance is selected for cartridge sales and the order does not arrive we cannot be held responsible for the losses incurred.
We will replace any faulty items or give a full refund
if returned to us in their original packing within a reasonable time of
purchase.
Any incorrectly ordered items may be replaced by the
correct item, if available, if we are notified by e-mail and
receive the incorrectly ordered items, unopened in the original vacuum sealed
packing, within 30 days of purchase. If the item is not available
it can be returned to us unopened for credit minus a small
restocking charge. We cannot give credit for incorrectly ordered
items which have been opened so please be careful when
ordering.
My printer is new and your site does not mention it. Do you sell the cartridges for it ?
We try to keep our information as up-to-date as possible, however new model printers are being produced all the time. Often, especially with Epson printers, the cartridges these printers use are the same as those produced before i.e. we stock the compatibles. If you are unsure about which cartridges your new printer takes there are a couple of proceedures that you can undertake to check:
1 - Check the documentation that came with your printer, this will indicate the OEM references of the cartridges your machine takes. This is probably the most reliable source of information available.
2 - If you do not have your printer documentation then we have included a comparison list so you can check click here

We are constantly trying to improve our service to you and through our security checks this can be achieved. To ensure that the order is placed with the knowledge of the the customer we may wish to carry out checks. For this we might ask you to provide further information, we appreciate your assistance in these matters and we hope that you agree that it is a good way to prevent Internet fraud.
